American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She began her career as an actress in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she portrayed the role of reporter Willa McPherson in FX's show Dirt. Also, she played a supporting part in FX's short-lived series The Ex List. She starred as a young Moira O'Hara on the first season of FX's American Horror Story, and she played Kaylee in the third season. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead and Sophie on The NBC series This Is Us. She also voiced of many characters in the comedy show Family Guy. Since 2019she has appeared as Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge grew up in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10years old when her mother and her moved to California [1] where they lived for a year , before moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to be interested in singing, acting and photography when she was 13. She relocated to Los Angeles with her mother when she was just 15 years old to pursue a career in acting.
